On May 16th Vita Pasta Lab is having a hands-on lunch at Wakeman Town Farm in Westport. Learn how to cook a delicious Italian meal with Chef Vita. You will learn how to make orecchiette pasta and cook a dish with it.
Born in Sicily Vita is the original Italian foodie. She shares generations-old Italian recipes that are healthy, family-friendly, fresh, hand-made, and sometimes bizarre and naughty. After a lifetime of learning from her family, she passes on these Italian traditions and recipes to her students.

Wakeman Town Farm Sustainability Center is dedicated to serving the Westport Community. The Farm was created to educate the community about local healthy food production, sustainable practices, and community service. Wakeman Town Farm offers plenty of activities including educational workshops, student internships, after-school programs, children’s summer camps, going fruits and vegetables, and a farm stand.
