History
The story of how our pizzeria came to be is one of a love of family and a love of pizza. Married after meeting at a pizzeria, Lisa and her husband had children and settled into a wonderful life in East Haven. When it came time for Lisa’s parents to retire, they decided they wanted a business run by the family. In 2015, Gia Marie’s Pizzeria was born, named after one of the Mentillo children.

New Haven style pizza — there’s nothing like it. A thin, airy outer crust gives way to a chewy center, topped with hearty sauce and gooey mozzarella. It’s crunchy and supple all in one bite. With classics like Chicken Florentina, Fettucini Alfredo, Shrimp Fra Diavolo; plus hot and cold subs, salads, and homemade lasagna, you may find yourself scratching your head wondering what delicious meal to devour first.
