Once an oystering hub dating back to 1847, this waterfront area was home to one of the first planned developments in New Haven. Restaurateurs Larry and Nia carefully restored this landmark with guidance from the New Haven Historic Commission, preserving its maritime charm while creating a premier dining destination. Opening in Spring 2025—160 years after the Civil War ended—Little Lotus offers a unique experience where past and present meet.
