Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill will be celebrating on May 5 with the following:

The Fairfield location will be hosting an outdoor pig roast, as well as a live Mariachi band from 4-7pm, DJ Gruv from 8pm-close and special cocktail options.

The New Haven location will feature a visit from Cuco the Donkey from 4-6pm, a live Mariachi band from 4:30-6:30pm and DJ Christie from 8pm-close, as well as barbacoa tacos and special cocktail offerings.
