* She will guide you in breath-work, meditation and mindfulness.
* You will be immersed in a rejuvenating sound bath including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, chimes, tuning forks, essential oil aromatherapy, and hands on reiki.
* Collectively we will end with a beautiful sacred closing circle including time for introspection and journaling.
Prepare your mind and body for a peaceful awakening and balancing of the chakras through reiki energy work and sound bath. This workshop promotes relaxation, stress reduction, as well as the removal of emotional blockages.
