The owners of Super Duper Weenie in Fairfield, Gary, Lorin, and John have been in business since 1992. This was the year Gary bought and restored the original Super Duper Weenie truck and went on to set the standard for real food.
In 2000, they opened their shop on Black Rock Turnpike, while still running the food truck for special events.
“We’ve created a menu without equal, and we serve it with pride. We live for that moment when we see your guests’ faces light up when they see our truck and taste our food. On top of that, we get to share in important milestones, while making that event something people don’t forget. We get goosebumps just thinking about it”.
The classic American comfort food served ranges from specialty hot dogs, super duper burgers, and specialty sandwiches, to delicious sides. You’ll be able to smell the fresh-cut French fries as soon as you enter the storefront, trust us. As you can tell by the name, hot dogs are their specialty. Choose from the many options on the menu, or pick which condiments you like best! Ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, bacon, hot chili, and relish are a couple of options.
“Did we say homemade relishes? You read that right. Ever since Gary first fired up the truck back in 1992, he went out there with his own recipe for a sweet and a hot that both get raves. Don’t bother asking for the recipe, though. Not even our own mothers know that one”.
Not a hot dog fan? Not a problem! Super Duper Weenie offers options for everyone including their famous fries, straight out of the fry basket topped with salt and pepper. Seriously a must-try! Hamburgers, sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and even vegetarian options are just as popular.
With their new online ordering system, you can place orders for in-store or curbside pickup. Although, the service is incredible and super quick if you decide to eat in or take out. You can even get a front-row seat of where the magic goes down by sitting at the counter that overlooks the grill. There are picnic tables in the room off to the left offering a bright and spacious area to eat with a friend as well.

Now, they even have Super Duper Weenie Catering, which brings one of the Super Duper Weenie trucks out to your home, office or school. They have catered affairs that range in size and style from small birthday parties to office outings to weddings. How cool is that!”
