Originally from Terracina, Italy, Claudio’s culinary journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, instilling in him a profound love for cooking. He worked for years perfecting his craft, owning and operating many restaurants over the last 40 years in the area, and now, he’s bringing it back to where it all started, Trumbull.
Claudio has crafted 123 Pronto’s menu, a harmonious fusion of Italian classics, gluten free & vegan options, and mouthwatering soups, salads, and sides. It’s all prepared with love, ready for you to savor at home.
