Native Ridgefielder Fletch Tison moved back to town after being in NYC and Westchester County for 15+ years with his “obsession for a fluffy soft-on-the-inside/crusty –on-the-outside bagel…NYC meets CT!” and launched Fletch’s bagels.
What started as local weekend bagel order pickup quickly grew a large footprint and was featured in CT Bites 30 Best CT Bagels in the first 6 months of making Bagels. We became heavily involved with community events.
