Their founders have a combined 40 years of experience in both dining and hotel’s started their first venture in 2007 with “Tawa” in Stamford and have subsequently associated with “Chili Chicken – Stamford”, “Kebab Factory – Norwalk” and presently with “Vedas – Norwalk.” They both hail from Mumbai, India. They received their bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management and each has been in this profession from the beginning. They personally felt a few years back that the trend in Indian food is changing in the sense that it is gaining lot more popularity, more casual and a lot more demand towards takeout and delivery, hence in 2015 they took over “Kashmir – Indian Kitchen” and turned it successfully into “Vedas – Indian Cuisine Norwalk.” They can assure you that their establishment serves the best possible food quality in a highly hygienic environment.
